Delivery
We use DPD for both our standard and faster delivery options.
UK Standard delivery: £5.95 for orders below £60. Delivery 2-4 working days.
Free Uk standard delivery: Free for orders over £60. Delivery time 2-4 working days.
Faster UK delivery: £6.95 for all orders. Delivery time 1-2 working days.
Returns
Our standard returns policy is 28 days.
You have 14 days to notify us if you want to return items bought online. We kindly ask that you email us at info@2thefold.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
You then have a further 14 days for the item to reach us via your chosen method.
You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned item/s providing the items are in the same condition in which they were received.
